Sophie Breckenridge is a 21-year-old fashion, editorial and commercial photographer based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. She started her photography business at 14, selling photography cards at local cafes. After completing a Diploma of Photography and Digital Imaging at TAFE Queensland in 2023, she built a commercial and editorial freelance business, working with clients including Kult Models Germany, Modalita Vacanza, Bigsound Festival and Tenn Designer Hire. Her images have been published in Ocean Road Magazine and Style Magazine and exhibited nationally, including “Japan – Photos by Australian’s Selections by Japanese” at XYZ Gallery, Docklands Melbourne and “Fenceline” at Surface Festival, Miami.

What Sophie loves most about photography is the ability to capture beauty in people and moments they may not see themselves. Photography isn’t just a job to her; it’s a passion and it never feels like work. Her dream is to shoot for major publications like Vogue and RUSSH Magazine and travel internationally for work.
